We are a craft company from southern Italy, we work with fresh products at km0, Made in Italy following the recipes of the local Apulian tradition, moreover many of our products are organic. We have decided to innovate our production by creating an exclusive line of products in purified seawater for food use. This innovative union allows us to create a product that is more attentive to health, thanks to a reduced sodium intake and the presence of precious mineral salts and trace elements, which enhances the natural flavor of food.
